Injured kitten aged 50 days

Last night my kitten has suffered an internal injuries and most probable reason is attacking by other cats. Kittens back legs and tail has been paralysed and we took to chittoor veterinary poly clinic and they have given 2 injections and told that it's a spinal injury and chances are less for recovery. But when I touch the back legs of the cat it's able to feel the pain and shouting so I wanted a second opinion and wanted to heal the cat completely.
