Urgent Rescue Needed for Sick Cat ,Very Sick Community Cat

Adult male community cat in the feroke area, Kozhikode. He has become extremely weak over the past few days. He has rapidly lost weight, cannot stand up, is not eating today, and is lying in the same place. His head is hanging low. He doesn't even have the energy to lift his head.He is shaking slightly and needs urgent rescue and veterinary attention. I am unable to transport him myself and need help as soon as possible.
